Today's music education focuses heavily on competition and technique. This focus has led to more mental health problems and physical injuries among piano performers. This study draws on music psychology, physiology, and personality typology. It examines how different personality traits shape stage anxiety and physical injury in music students. Traits include extraversion, neuroticism, and emotional stability. The findings show that highly neurotic and sensitive students feel more exhausted by "studio perfectionism". Effective memory strategies can reduce stage anxiety. These strategies connect meaning with movement. The study proposes a three-part teaching approach. It includes physical monitoring, mental support, and personality-based training. This approach aims to reduce the physical and mental costs of performer training.
