Abstract

The high-quality development of modern competitive sports urgently needs to reconstruct the symbiotic relationship between coaches and athletes. Based on system theory and human capital theory, this article discusses the synergistic mechanism between them. Firstly, the core categories and interdependent logic of coaches’ professional development and athletes’ training are clarified. Then, it analyzes the emotional resonance mechanism between the two-way drive feedback loop and value identification, and reveals the internal motivation of coordinated development; finally, a collaborative architecture model covering goal isomorphism, resource sharing and dynamic balance of incentives and constraints is constructed. Finally, the development ideas are put forward from two dimensions: the inclusive construction of organizational culture and the top-level design of institutional guarantee. The relationship between coach and athlete is not a simple instruction receiving relationship, but a complex adaptive system with mutual cause and effect. The establishment of normalized and institutionalized collaborative mechanism can effectively reduce communication costs, improve training efficiency and talent conversion rate. The purpose of this article is to provide theoretical support for breaking the bottleneck of competitive talent training and promoting the transformation of cooperative relationship from physical superposition to chemical integration.
